Coca-Cola Zero (or Coke Zero as it is also known) was launched in Northern Ireland in June 2006 and in the Republic of Ireland in January 2007 in response to the male consumer need for the great taste of Coke without the sugar. Coke Zero is similar to diet Coke in terms of ingredients but the flavouring system is closer to that of brand Coke.
